Yet Another Impressive DP World Tour Qualifying

Bård Skogen and his caddie, Peder, have been putting in the work in Spain, and their efforts have paid off as Bård successfully advances to the final qualifying stage for the DP World Tour!

After warming up with a round at Lo Romero Golf Club on their way to Vera, the duo began their practice rounds at the challenging Desert Springs Golf Club. Facing gusty winds, Bård used the practice rounds to adjust and was well-prepared when the tournament began on Thursday.

Bård started his DP World Tour second stage qualifier with a solid -2 in Round 1, successfully navigating some challenging pin positions. In Round 2, he built on this momentum, carding a -3 despite a tough start. By Round 3, Bård was in excellent form, finishing with an impressive -5 that demonstrated both focus and adaptability. The final round faced delays, with play pushed to late afternoon and resumed early the next morning. Despite this, Bård closed with a superb -6, securing a fifth place comfortably within the qualifying threshold and advancing to the final stage.

With four rounds of consistent performance, Bård and Peder now head north in Spain for the final qualifying stage. Congratulations to both on this impressive performance—fantastic teamwork and great golfing, Bård!
