2024

Bård has a consistently good spring season in his final semester of college. He crowns it all with a strong victory, becoming the Regional Champion. Bård starts his professional career with two fourth places: one in Laholm, Sweden, and one at Holtsmark.

2023

6th place in a college tournament in Arizona. Several top 20 and 30 finishes in college tournaments in the fall.

2022

Bård gets 2nd place in a college tournament in Hawaii. A total of 5 top ten finishes in the spring. 5th place in Nationals. Was close to qualifying for the US Open. Part of the winning Big 12 match play team. Participated in the US Amateur. Highest ranking on WAGR: 44th place.

2021

Bård gets 2nd place in the Norwegian Championship at Miklagard. 10th place at the Carmel Cup at Pebble Beach. 2nd place at the Maridoe Collegiate Invitational after a playoff.

2020

Bård is a senior at Wang. Bård travels to Lubbock, Texas, to start college.

2019

Bård places in the top 10 in both the Portuguese and Spanish Amateurs. He also finishes in the top 10 at the British Boys and wins the Jacques Leglise Trophy with the European team. He wins four Srixon Tour events and wins the Order of Merit.

2018

Bård performs well on the Srixon Tour and the Norwegian Cup with several victories. He receives a youth scholarship from NGF. He plays the Junior Players at TPC Sawgrass. Bård also represents Norway at the Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires, finishing in 11th place. He finishes in 17th place at the British Boys.

2017

Bård is selected for the Junior European Championship U19 in Spain. He becomes the European Young Masters champion for boys U16 at Oslo GK, Bogstad. Bård moves to Oslo to start at Wang. He wins the Junior Norwegian Championship at Nøtterøy. Represents Europe in a tournament in Hong Kong. Bård competes in several tournaments abroad, including in England and the USA. He gets to participate in the Challenge Tour at Miklagard.

2016

Bård chooses to play the Srixon Tour in the Boys U19 category. He wins silver in the Senior Norwegian Championship. He is selected for Team Norway for the first time.

2015

Bård participates in the Norwegian Winter Open in Spain for the second time. He wins the under-15 category. The same year, he achieves many good placements on the Titleist Tour in the under-15 category. He wins 7 tournaments, secures a 3rd place, and finishes 2nd in the Norwegian Championship U15. Bård becomes number 1 on the Titleist Order of Merit. He competes in Scotland again.

2014

Bård participates in the Norwegian Winter Open in Spain for the first time. He wins his first Junior Tour division 2 at Sola Golf Club. He quits his football team when they switch to training five times a week. Bård also participates in the Titleist Tour throughout the season.

2013

Bård wins two first places (team and doubles) and two third places (singles and mixed doubles) at the Norwegian Table Tennis Championships boys 11. Bård participates with his football team from Sveio IL at Danacup.

2012

Bård is in Orlando on a training camp with Ådne Stensland, who arranges Bård's first meeting with Suzann Pettersen and NRK. Bård attends The Open for the fourth time at Royal Lytham & St. Annes. He secures free entry for his parents and himself all week by winning a longest drive competition on the R&A website in Christmas 2011. Bård gets a second place and two third places in the Norwegian Table Tennis Championship boys 11, respectively in doubles, mixed, and singles. Bård participates in his first national golf tournament but is too young to qualify.

2011

Bård participates in the US Kids Golf tournament in Scotland and finishes 7th place. Bård competes in as many junior golf tournaments as he is allowed. He is still involved in football and table tennis.

2010

Bård joins the juniors at Kolnes on his first training camp in Spain. He is a spectator at The Open for the third time at St. Andrews. He competes in a junior tournament in Stavanger.

2009

Bård is a spectator at the AT&T National, hosted by Tiger Woods, at Congressional in Washington, DC. He also participates in junior golf tournaments in Rogaland. He remains active in football and table tennis.

2008

Bård competes in his first tournament outside Haugalandet, specifically at Randaberg Golf Club. Bård attends a talent camp with the national table tennis coach at Stord. Bård is a spectator at The Open for the second time at Royal Birkdale.

2007

Bård takes the white card at 5 years old. He appears in the newspaper for the first time. He hits drives between 100 and 120 meters. Bård is a spectator at The Open for the first time at Carnoustie.

2006

Bård is an enthusiastic golf, football, and table tennis player. He participates in his first tournament at Kolnes and wins his first prize. 2006 is also the year Bård competes in his first proper table tennis competition in Bergen. He goes on to participate in many table tennis competitions in the coming years. Bård starts playing football at Etne IL.

2005

Bård earns the green card at 3 years old. He begins junior training with coach Magne at Kolnes, Haugesund Golf Club.

2004

The plastic clubs are replaced with proper clubs. Playing without a ball is boring.

2003

Bård gets his first plastic clubs, which break quickly, so there are a few replacements. He plays golf at Bjørnevik as often as he can. He swings anything he can, whether it's in kindergarten or elsewhere. It could be shovels, spoons, sticks, used kitchen paper tubes—almost anything. If no equipment is available, he just swings his arms. Bård also plays table tennis and football for the first time.

2002

Bård sits in his stroller and watches the family play golf on his grandparents' homemade "golf course" at Bjørnevik in Bømlo. He fusses a lot because he also wants to hit, but he's slow to start walking. He says "hit" for the first time before he says "mom" and "dad."

2001

Bård is born on September 4th. He is born large and with a big head. At the hospital, they measure both his body and head several times, as they think they have measured incorrectly.
